The 2018 Eastern Idaho Parade of Homes — three awards
Clearwater was Guardian’s Parade entry in 2018, and the home brought back three awards in its category — a recognition that came from the building community, not from us.
The Parade of Homes is the moment of the year when builders open their work to the public side-by-side. The judging is on what’s actually in the home: framing, finish, mechanicals, design execution, the small decisions that aren’t visible in marketing photos. Earning three in one category is the kind of recognition we’d much rather earn than buy.
What made the home different
[PLACEHOLDER — Curtis or Brian to add the specifics: floor plan choices, material selections, structural moves, anything noteworthy about the build that the judges responded to. Awards story is the most credible social proof on the site once this is filled in.]
The plan, ported forward
The Clearwater plan didn’t retire after the Parade. We’ve adapted it for multiple clients since — most recently the 3233 Granger spec currently under construction in Hawks Landing, Ammon. Same bones, different lot, evolved finishes.
